Cabin Mini Sessions in Bloomfield Missouri

Cabin Mini Sessions at the City Park at Bloomfield was a HUGE hit this year! This location is one of the best in Southeast Missouri! Great for Fall themed or Christmas themed portraits!

The woods, the cabins and the covered bridge all make for wonderful and rustic backdrops for any time of year but especially fall and Christmas!

The Covered Bridge

Covered bridges are a bit of a rarity, It’s especially great to capture the kids walking through it, people posing inside, peeking their heads through the windows or it makes the most beautiful backdrop as well.

The Cabin

So many beautiful and rustic sides to this cabin. Almost reminds me of a set of a movie or something. When the sun is higher in the sky I like to get shots on the side of the cabin, which makes for really creamy back lit shots. Then I move around to the front porch of the cabin as the sun lowers!

This park offers some other really pretty and simple areas surrounding these structures as well that also make for some very pretty photos like the ones below! There’s woodsy areas, playground, an Ampitheater (Great for Headshots), and the creak that runs under the bridge.

Bloomfield may seem like a small random town for a photoshoot location in Southeast Missouri but I would highly recommend it to any of my clients looking for a rustic interesting location where you can also get those classic and simple Nature background images that are so popular right now!
